Quite simple, really.

INTEGRITY REQUIRES BRAVERY.

You can't have integrity if you aren't brave. And you can't be brave if you don't have integrity.

“Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.” -W. Clement Stone

One of my favorite Youtubers ever, Blimey Cow, gives us a word about living what you believe, which is basically what Integrity is.

"The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office."

                               -Dwight D. Eisenhower

Who knew Easter Island could be such a good example of Integrity?

This is an awesome video on Integrity that gets you thinking.

This is a really good quote to think about.

"I have thought much about the word integrity since that day, as I often had before, and only wish that we and those with whom we deal would be completely honest and trustworthy, whether it be in matters pertaining to religion, science, economics, or local or national politics. Particularly in the home should integrity be taught and practiced as a basis for its extension into community life and all other phases of living." - N. Eldon Tanner

in·teg·ri·ty
inˈtegritē/
noun
noun: integrity
  1. 1.
the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness
So basically, it's the opposite of the stereotypical powerful INTJ awesome people. Emphasis on the word stereotypical. George Washington had a lot of integrity.

Great talk on integrity from 1974 by Marion G. Romney

Integrity is like oxygen

Now here we have true integrity. Shooting people who don't share your beliefs.
GUYS

It's called integrity because integers are whole, undivided numbers

Just like integrity means being a whole, undivided person who sticks to your values

I'M LAUGHING SO HARD

"You will remember from your junior high math class that an integer is a whole number, a number without fractions." from http://www.lds.org/prophets-and-apostles/integrity-Holland

Have integrity!
"One life is all we have and we live it as we believe in living it. But to sacrifice what you are and to live without belief, that is a fate more terrible than dying."

-Joan of Arc
